On a late Friday afternoon, I sat down with Jeff Lee and Joey Wallace of the band Avenue. By the time we left, I knew that Jeff is the health nut of the group, Joey will eat anything, Mike is the nicest person on the planet, and Dustin is the glue that holds the crew together. Nathan Burris in the River Lounge on 11/16
I had the opportunity to spend some time with Nathan Burris a couple of weeks ago. What I learned about him went far beyond the fact that he’s a country music superstar in the making. He may be up-and-coming, but he still has his roots planted in nearby Tuttle, Oklahoma. Coming from a musical family, Nathan started on his musical journey while he was still young.
