Billy Currington Live at Riverwind casino on July 6
If you judge Billy Currington solely based on his lyrics, he’s a hopeless romantic and a good ol’ boy rolled into one. But, there seems to be more to this country singer. His work ethic is a rare combination between laid back and hard-working. He enjoys what he does and transfers that to his music. In his 9-year career, he’s released four albums and is about to release a fifth.
That being said, you won’t want to miss him when he comes to Riverwind next month. Billy has an impressive ten Top 10 hits, with six of those hitting No. 1 – “Pretty Good At Drinkin’ Beer,” “That’s How Country Boys Roll,” “People Are Crazy,” ”Don’t,” “Must Be Doin’ Somethin’ Right” and “Good Directions.” He’s sold millions of albums and has been selected to tour with the likes of Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley and Sugarland. If I know the crowd that will be joining us that evening, the Showplace will be full of people singing along with every word.
Billy will be playing on July 6 at Riverwind Casino’s Showplace Theatre at 8 p.m. You can buy tickets here. I’ll also have a ticket giveaway on our Facebook page beginning on Wednesday, June 20, and ending Friday, June 22.
Must be doin’ somethin’ right,
Marek
