Carlos Mencia Preview!
I first learned about Carlos Mencia when I was getting my undergrad. He had just come on to the Comedy Central scene, and my friends and I were hooked. When Mind of Mencia came out in 2005, he did something a little different than his traditional stand-up routine. He wandersed the streets to do what comedians do best - point out the crazy things that happen in our world. My friends and I couldn't get enough of this funny guy!
